All Taurus Evaluations begin with the same Base Account, regardless of the product selected.
This means that PRIME, FREES Safety, and FREES Max accounts have the same trading conditions throughout the Evaluation phase. The selected product determines the type of Profit Account the trader receives after successfully completing the Evaluation.
The differences between these products begin only after the Evaluation has been passed. At that stage, the activation conditions, Profit Account rules, and payout requirements may vary depending on the selected product.
The following conditions apply to all PRIME, FREES Safety, and FREES Max Evaluations:
Consistency Rule: None
Daily Loss Limit: None
Minimum Trading Days: None. Traders may complete the Evaluation in a single trading day.
Monthly Subscription: Yes, with manual renewal
Default Drawdown Type: Trailing Drawdown
Optional Drawdown Type: End-of-Day Drawdown with the EOD Drawdown Add-On
Evaluation Reset Fee: $85 USD
FREES NO Activation Fee: There is NO ACTIVATION FEE for FREES Safety or FREES Max accounts after successfully completing the Evaluation.
PRIME Activation Fee: A one-time activation fee of $119 applies. This fee does not need to be paid immediately after successfully completing the Evaluation. The account may remain on standby and can be activated whenever the trader chooses, as there is no time limit for activation.
The same profit targets, maximum drawdowns, and contract limits apply to all three Evaluation products.
| Account Size | Profit Target | Maximum Drawdown | Maximum Contracts |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,500 | $1,000 | 2 mini or 10 micro |
| 50K | $3,000 | $2,000 | 4 mini or 20 micro |
| 100K | $6,000 | $3,000 | 6 mini or 30 micro |
Monthly Subscription and Manual Renewal
Each Evaluation account remains active for 30 days. The renewal date is displayed in the trader’s Dashboard.
The monthly subscription does not renew automatically. To receive an additional 30 days, the trader must manually renew the Evaluation by selecting Purchase Extend before the renewal date.
This manual renewal process gives traders full control over their payments and helps prevent unexpected charges.
If the Evaluation is not renewed before the date displayed in the Dashboard, the account will expire permanently and cannot be restored.
Optional EOD Drawdown Add-On
By default, all Taurus Evaluation accounts use a Trailing Drawdown.
Traders may convert the default Trailing Drawdown into an End-of-Day Drawdown by selecting the EOD Drawdown Add-On during the purchase process.
With the EOD Drawdown, the drawdown is calculated and updated at the end of the trading day instead of following the account balance in real time. There is no Daily Loss Limit with either drawdown configuration.
The EOD Drawdown Add-On must be selected when the Evaluation is purchased. It cannot be added after the Evaluation account has been created.
After the Evaluation has been successfully completed, the EOD Drawdown Add-On is automatically transferred to the corresponding Profit Account.
What Changes After Passing the Evaluation?
The Evaluation rules are the same for PRIME, FREES Safety, and FREES Max accounts. However, once the trader successfully completes the Evaluation and receives the corresponding Profit Account, the rules begin to differ according to the product selected.
