At Taurus, all account and add-on purchases are completed using cryptocurrency. However, you can use any credit or debit card to make your purchase. The card payment is automatically converted into crypto using our secure payment processors.

Important Information for First-Time Buyers

Many first-time customers experience delays or issues during their initial purchase. This is completely normal and often depends on your bank's security settings. Here’s what you need to know:

• The transaction may take several minutes to process. Please be patient and wait for confirmation.

• In some cases, your bank may block the payment temporarily, especially if it is your first time making a Card-to-Crypto transaction.

• If this happens, we recommend trying again. After several attempts, most banks allow the payment to go through.

• You can also try using a different card if the issue persists.

These challenges are usually only present the first time you make a payment and are caused by your bank's fraud protection systems, not by Taurus or our payment processor.

You can choose between two secure methods to purchase your Taurus Challenge account:

1. Card-to-Crypto Payment

• You can use any credit or debit card to pay.

• The system automatically converts your card payment into cryptocurrency.

• This method is ideal for users who do not already own crypto.

• KYC verification may be required by the payment processor to complete the purchase.

  • If you are asked to complete KYC, simply follow the on-screen instructions.

  • If the KYC cannot be completed, Taurus will not be able to process your purchase.
    

2. Crypto-to-Crypto Payment

• If you already own cryptocurrency, you can pay directly from your crypto wallet.

• This method is fast, secure, and does not require KYC.

• It offers a smooth and reliable payment process.
