The Taurus Profit Account (PA) is a simulated trading account that traders unlock after successfully completing their Evaluation whether through the Frees or Prime model. While the PA operates in a simulated market environment, traders who follow all Taurus rules are eligible to request real profit withdrawals.
Key Features of the PA
Same Conditions as Your Evaluation:
The Profit Account keeps almost all the same rules and parameters from your Evaluation, including:Profit targets
Maximum drawdown
Contract limits
Account Size | Profit Target | Max Drawdown | Max Contracts (Mini/Micro) | Soft Daily Loss (with EOD) |
25K | 1,500 | 1,000 | 2 Mini / 10 Micro | 500 |
50K | 3,000 | 2,000 | 4 Mini / 20 Micro | 1,000 |
100K | 6,000 | 3,000 | 6 Mini / 30 Micro | 2,000 |
EOD Drawdown Carries Over:
If you selected the EOD Drawdown Add-On during your Evaluation, it will automatically carry over to your PA. There is no need to re-purchase it.Consistency Rule Set to 20% by Default:
The only rule that resets is the Consistency Rule, which is set to 20% by default in the PA. However, you can customize this with an Add-On at activation.
PA-Specific Add-Ons (Only Available Before Activation)
30% Consistency Rule Add-On
Raise your Consistency Rule from the default 20% to 30%, giving you more flexibility when requesting payouts.PA Reset Add-On
Protect your account with the option to reset your PA if a rule violation occurs, while keeping all your settings and Add-Ons intact. These Add-Ons must be selected before activating your Profit Account. They cannot be added afterward.
Transitioning to a Real Account
Once you’re in the PA phase, you must continue following the official rules outlined in the FAQ section and Payout Policy. Traders who:
Follow all trading rules
Maintain consistent performance
Successfully complete four consecutive full withdrawals (at the account’s monthly limit) may be invited by Taurus to transition from a simulated PA to a real account with access to live markets.
Taurus’s long-term goal is not to sustain infinite payouts from simulated profits, but to identify and support skilled traders by offering real capital and helping them build sustainable success in the live trading environment.
