When a trader submits a payout request, their account is temporarily frozen. This means they will not be able to trade until the payout review process is completed.
If the payout request is approved, the requested amount will be deducted from the account balance, and the account will then be reactivated for trading. If the trader burns the account after the payout has been approved but before the funds are received, the payout will still be processed, as long as the request was approved beforehand.
Payout Processing Times:
Payouts are processed only on business days.
Once the request is submitted, Taurus has up to 48 hours to approve or deny it.
After approval, there is an additional timeframe of up to 48 hours to send the funds to the trader.
The process is mostly automated but closely monitored to ensure security and rule compliance.
